What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email or phone number, company (if given), and your message.

Our server sees your IP address. We use it only to rate-limit submissions and block spam.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics script, and loads nothing from other websites.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Form messages are delivered to our team's internal messaging system, run by a provider that stores data outside Thailand. Only our staff can access it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 1 year from receipt, or longer only while we work together, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you may ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
